1. 1.  Have a trial run of the vehicle you prefer to hire and get satisfy with the working condition of the vehicle The Company will not be responsible for the damages caused to the vehicle after you have taken over on hire
2. I agree and understand that motorbike riding. Both on and off road, is Hazardous activity that presents risks of injury or death. I freely and voluntarily assume all risk associated with those activities.
3. In case of any break down to the vehicle, you may contact us on the address and phone number given to you before consulting any road side workshops for any kind of repair. As the proprietor / Staff of this company are specialized technicians, it is always advised to proceed further with our guidance so that you avoid getting cheated by the unknown service providers.
4. The company will not entertain any complaints or damages reported by the service provider to whom you have handed over the vehicle for repair without consulting us.
5.   The person who hires the vehicle is liable to compensae the cost of any major damages cause to the vehicle if any noticed while returning the vehicle.
6. I shall not drive under influence of alcohol or any other mood aitering substance.
7.   The bike should be returned to our office / workshop by 7:00 pm. I agree to pay the charges of rupees. 500 per hour after that.
8.   If I Leave the motorbike in any other place. I shall pay for the transportation of the bike to the office/workshop. 
9.   No insurance claim will be given by motorbike rentals will be paid by the Rider own.
10. We have different rates for Leh,Spiti,Sach Pass,Local sightseeing,etc.we should know about the place you are going otherwise charges would be doubled.
11. If you hire the motorbike for 1 days or more and in between problem occurs (landslides, road blocks, etc) then we are not responsible for it & you will have to pay all these days.
12. The applicant will be responsible for any damage in clutch plate and types.
13. Check the motorbike engine and engine oil every day. 
14. I agree that my general health is good and there is nothing that renders me unfit to drive a motorbike.
15. BRB Expeditions / Officials/ Repersentatives reserve the right to take over the Motorbike Without any refund if I don’t abide by the terms  and conditions.

Refunds

The booking Amount is non-refundable.
Only the security amount will be refundable after returning the motorbike.
